Lindsay’s cookies and cakes were our first foray into baking without eggs, dairy products, or fats. We found her recipes surprisingly good. The Chocolate Chip Cookies, Molasses Cake, Chocolate Cake, and Peach Cobbler were our favorites. The Dark Chocolate Truffles deserve an honorable mention.
We gave ourselves a Yonana dessert maker for Christmas and used it to make Banana Ice Cream. It was delicious! This new gadget came with a recipe book, and we’ll make good use of it!
